This Trojan may be dropped by other malware, specifically TROJ_VUNDO.AWS. It may arrive bundled with malware packages as a malware component. It may be downloaded unknowingly by a user when visiting malicious Web sites. It may arrive as a .DLL file that exports functions used by other malware.

It is usually dropped in the Windows system folder with a random file name used by other malware to hide malicious acitivites. It is usually injected into legitimate processes as part of its installation routine.
