This Trojan may arrive bundled with malware as a malware component. Upon execution, this Trojan drops a copy of itself as a randomly named .DLL file in the Windows system folder. It then injects the said file into legitimate system processes to make its removal from an affected system difficult, even in safe mode. This Trojan monitors a user's Internet browsing activities. It then displays pop-up advertisements based on the gathered information. Original Source: http://feeds.trendmicro.com/~r/MalwareTop10/~3/179310842/default5.asp Learn more about TROJ_VUNDO.AVZ |
