This Trojan may be installed manually by a user. It may be downloaded unknowingly by a user when visiting malicious Web sites.

It drops and executes its component files some of which are detected as TSPY_LEGMIR.BAQ. As a result, malicious routines of the dropped spyware are also exhibited on the affected system.
