This is the Trend Micro detection for files infected by PE_CORELINK.C-O.
It drops a certain DLL component which is detected as PE_CORELINK.C-O.
As a result, malicious routines of the dropped file are also exhibited on the affected system.
The said .DLL file is injected into the legitimate process EXPLORER.EXE to prevent easy detection and removal.
